Bio
Uygar Karabaş received his B.S. degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University in 2015, his M.Sc. degree in Aerospace Engineering from Institut Supérieur de l’Aéronautique et de l’Espace (ISAE) in 2017.
Since 2018, he is a Ph.D. student of ISAE and he works at the research laboratory of École Nationale de l’Aviation Civile (ENAC) at TELECOM/EMA research axis. He works on refractivity from clutter systems under the supervision of Rémi Douvenot (ENAC) and Youssef Diouane (ISAE).
