Rémi Douvenot

Biography

Prof. Rémi Douvenot was born in Chartres, France, in 1982. He received the Engineer Degree from the French National Civil Aviation School, Toulouse, France, the M.Sc. degree from Toulouse University, Toulouse, in 2005, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Nantes University, Nantes, France, in 2008. His Ph.D. was on refractivity from clutter. In 2009, he was with the Laboratoire des Signaux et Systèmes, UMR (SUPELEC-CNRS-Univ Paris-Sud), Orsay, France, on non-destructive testing using eddy-currents.

Since 2011, he has been a Lecturer in electromagnetics with the TELECOM/EMA Research Axis, French Civil Aviation University, Toulouse, France. His current research interests include the theory of wave propagation, remote sensing, and their applications to radar and air transport systems.
